Jack talks us through his eclectic career that has covered acting, modelling, winning the Mr England title and becoming a Paracanoe Athlete with hopes for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games! He tells Jason about his diet and nutrition regime for a top-level athlete and the mentality needed to make it.
